Michelle Muse has over 14 years experience in the food industry with roles in Quality Assurance, Food Safety and Product Development. She has spent the majority of her career working for top QSR and Fast Casual Restaurant Chains, with up to 5,000 locations, managing food safety and quality at both restaurants and co-manufacturers. Most recently she worked with GFSI standards at a Certification Body.
Michelle is a Lead Auditor and Consultant in SQF, BRC and IFS. Michelle is also a Lead Trainer in FSPCA FSMA Preventive Controls for Human Food, FSPCA Foreign Supplier Verification Programs, and HACCP. Her extensive experience auditing, training and consulting makes Michelle a valuable member of the Soterian Systems technical team.
