Jason Remy is an experienced Quality and Food Safety Professional with 10 years experience. Throughout his career, Jason has conducted supplier audits, policy writing, 3rd party audit management and employee training at his positions. As an experienced SQF Practitioner, Jason consistently attained excellent results. Jason has diverse experience working with the FDA and USDA in plants ranging in size from small to one of the largest. Throughout his career, Jason has shown the ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment including real world knowledge with hands-on plant manufacturing food safety practices.
Jason has his B.S. from The Ohio State University where he conducted post-graduate research in Food Microbiology. He has worked in Quality Assurance for The HoneyBaked Ham Company, Medifast, and Campbell’s Soup. Jason has SQF Practitioner, HACCP, PCQI, Qualified Individual for LACF, Part 113 and Better Process Control School certifications. Jason is a valuable member of the Soterian Systems’ technical team.
