Food Safety, Quality, Nutrition, and R&D Professional

Becky Conces brings over 20 years of diverse experience in the food and nutrition industry to Soterian Systems.  Specializing in quality assurance systems set-up, Becky provides support in other areas such as regulatory compliance, co-packer management, product commercialization, process efficiency, line design, cost optimization, procurement and logistics.  She is a trained FSPCA FSMA PCQI, certified in HACCP as well as an SQF Practitioner.  Becky is AIB-certified in product labeling and nutrition panel development.

Her resume includes a variety of companies and products, start-up to corporate, sweet to savory, such as Kellogg’s, Otis Spunkmeyer, Rhythm Superfoods, YumEarth, Kettle & Fire and Nuttzo.

Becky studied food science, clinical nutrition, chemistry and business management at Western Michigan University, graduating with a B.S. in Dietetics.
