PREVENTIVE CONTROLS QUALIFIED INDIVIDUAL (PCQI)

Course Description: The Current Good Manufacturing Practice, Hazard Analysis, and Risk-based Preventive Controls for Animal Food regulation (referred to as the Preventive Controls for Animal Food regulation) is intended to ensure safe manufacturing/processing, packing and holding of food products for human consumption in the United States. The regulation requires that certain activities must be completed by a “preventive controls qualified individual” who has “successfully completed training in the development and application of risk-based preventive controls, or is otherwise qualified through job experience to develop and apply a food safety system”. This course developed by the FSPCA is the “standardized curriculum” recognized by FDA; successfully completing this course is one way to meet the requirements for a “preventive controls qualified individual.”

Payment Terms:
Payment of $850 is due in full at the time of registration

Substitutions:
You may substitute another person if you are unable to attend the class. Please notify us at least one day prior to the start of your scheduled class

Rescheduling Policy:
You may reschedule prior to 15 days before your class date at no charge
If you would like to reschedule 14 days or less prior to your class date, there will be a $100 rescheduling fee

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled class date will receive a full refund
Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the scheduled class date will receive an 85% refund.
Cancellations within 15 days of the scheduled class date will not receive a refund.
Any cancelations that affect the group discount rates will be refunded according to both the discount and cancellation policies
Soterian Systems reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course with at least one week’s notice to the customer. Should the course be canceled or rescheduled, customers have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund
